the food quality was acceptable for an all-inclusive experience the selection offered variety over the nights count

the gym had limited hours it was not convenient i asked for early access but that was impossible the airport transfer felt unsafe it used an unmarked car with a non-uniformed driver this was like a security concern

The housekeeping was really good. Our room was super clean. mahmoud rahman, our housekeeper, was very helpful. he was polite and entertaining. He created towel art daily. the restaurant staff was also very helpful and friendly, which i appreciated a lot.

the gym hours were inconvenient for me, and i could not use it.

i stayed at the hotel for five nights the staff were consistently attentive the grounds were well maintained i found the adult pool particularly relaxing it offered a quiet space to unwind the hotel also provided convenient access to the beach i appreciated this direct access for morning walks the food was good with great variety and the resort offered several dining options that were worth trying.

the gym hours were somewhat limited they did not quite align with my preferred workout times this was a minor inconvenience but something to note.

the family suite included two separate sinks i found this very convenient the room also featured a rainfall shower it added a touch of luxury to the bathroom the room had ample storage space this helped keep our belongings organized throughout the stay.
