Our stay at the resort was generally positive with a clean and well-maintained environment. The staff was attentive and made our experience enjoyable, especially Tarek, who brought us laughs and great tips. However, I had some concerns about the swimming pool safety protocols and the behavior of some guards, which overshadowed an otherwise pleasant experience. Overall, it was a great value for the memories we created, especially with the children's activities and entertainment.
